Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a respected Philippine university.
Relevant experience in an accounts payable or accounts receivable role.
Experience using Xero accounting software is highly regarded.
Experience using CRM software.

Responsibilities:

Manage the pipeline of payments, including invoice management.
Set up and submit vendor invoices and payments for approval.
Oversee client invoicing and repayment tracking.
Conduct daily bank reconciliations and repayment tracking.
Administer loans, including handling partial/final repayments.
Review loans to ensure systems match and investigate anomalies.
Liaise with law firms for refunds and payment confirmations.
Compile regular and ad hoc reports.
Provide customer service by addressing client and law firm queries.
