Requirements:

• Experience managing and developing a team of direct reports.
• Demonstrated success in managing external agency partners and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Understanding of the legal, compliance, and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) or BS/BA with related experience.
• Scientific acumen and curiosity.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement KOL and digital opinion leader engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to educate the gynecological oncology community.
• Lead advisory boards and disease education symposia.
• Determine peer-to-peer strategy and manage a speakers’ bureau.
• Gather market insights from thought leaders.
• Create and maintain various strategic documents and trackers.
• Manage agency partners to ensure timely deliverables.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all materials.
