Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials.
• Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions.
• Design the IRT solution based on clinical protocol and discussions with the client.
• Document all requirements and participate in specification review meetings.
• Assist with client review meetings and updates to IRT specifications.
• Manage project schedules, tracking internal and client tasks to meet project milestones.
• Support client UAT by creating plans and developing test scripts.
• Provide protocol-specific support after go-live and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide system training to end-users and support users globally via phone and email.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and training sessions.
