  • Maintain opportunity status in Salesforce accurately.
  • Manage responses to tenders in collaboration with distributors.
  • Follow up on requests submitted through online systems and distributors.
  • Prepare business development documentation like letters, reports, and quotes.
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customer inquiries and provide additional information.
  • Create and maintain a customer database in a CRM system.
  • Explain and demonstrate product features.
