Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated partner, supporting customer needs across departments.
  • Create success stories with customers and collaborate with marketing on case studies.
  • Minimize customer churn through continuous engagement and education.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.
