Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4+ years of working experience in project management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Experience with CCaaS providers is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of goals.
• Coordinate with internal resources and customers for flawless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
