Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Health Care Insurance industry is desired.
• Experience in managing large, complex projects.
• Familiarity with standard software development lifecycle.
• Proficient in using Portfolio and Project Management Tools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thought-leadership and project management expertise for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and staff performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Perform budget management, project reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives, resolving issues and assessing resource demands.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and deliver project status presentations.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and promote training.
