Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing the client services to ensure they are performing well, on-time, and aligned with the clients’ needs.
• Work with clients and their staff to make strategic decisions, pushing back on requests that will not yield desired results.
• Collaborate with internal services teams to address clients' needs.
• Identify areas of improvement in clients' services and propose upgrades.
• Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with clients.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding work performed and results.
