Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume cold calling, achieving or exceeding a target of 80+ calls per day.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM, Zendesk, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication skills (phone, email, text).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage and simplify tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly interact with marina operators to identify sales opportunities.
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to generate leads and cross-sell.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking and reporting metrics.
• Engage in multiple outreach campaigns and cold-call to find new opportunities.
• Maintain a positive work environment and support the team.
