Requirements:
  • Bi-lingual (verbal and written) in both Japanese & English.
  • 1+ year minimum experience in a customer service background preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a must.
  • PC proficiency; Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Must be enthusiastic, friendly, professional, and polite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable internet.
Responsibilities:
  • Support customers efficiently, accurately and in a professional manner by phone and email.
  • Verify newly signed up accounts for compliance with geo-compliance regulations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and escalate issues or complaints.
  • Retain existing customers calling/emailing to cancel service.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers on inquiries.
  • Develop knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Contact customers to collect payments or update payment methods.
  • Report accurately on calls and log details in company systems.
  • Provide feedback to the team supervisor.
