Responsibilities:

• Work with full-cycle recruitment: analyze the market, create scorecards, manage candidate experience, and build partnerships with Hiring Managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top specialists through various sources and experiment with recruitment marketing tools.
• Evaluate candidates during interviews to assess motivation, culture fit, and skills, while continuously enhancing personal recruitment skills.
• Meet targets by closing vacancies on time and boosting conversion rates.
