Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience working in a digital first media brand.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of content operations experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to keep teams informed and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with knowledge of VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Airtable, Wordpress, and/or ClickUp is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor adoption of workflows, procedures, and operations amongst all brands.
  • Build out cross-team workflows using project management software like AirTable and ClickUp.
  • Assist with cross-team operations consultations and research 3rd party tools to improve production efficiency.
  • Manage brand style guides, training materials, and tool documentation.
  • Handle outreach and contract negotiations for freelancers.
  • Assist with invoice processing and ROI reporting on content spending.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the content team.
  • Organize initiatives to increase staff motivation and engagement.
  • Manage additional editorial and operational support tasks as needed.
