Junior Business Analyst, Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an analytical role in Logistics, Operations, Inventory Planning, or similar fields.
• Experience in management consulting is desirable.
• Proactive problem-solver and process-improver with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Mastery of SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the Operations Strategy team.
• Build dashboards and visualizations around Operations processes and metrics.
• Create comprehensive financial models and reports to facilitate optimal fulfillment/warehouse performance.
• Act as the go-to person for data requests in the Ops team, conducting analyses and creating charts, tables, and dashboards.
• Monitor progress on department KPIs and identify patterns/outliers in data.
• Conduct reviews of existing processes and recommend optimizations.
• Support the team in creating documentation and updating project management tools.
• Be flexible to manage other assignments as they arise.
