Requirements:

• 5+ years project management experience in a customer environment required.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management in a regulated industry required.
• 3+ years of experience in data driven continuous improvement projects required.
• Smartsheet experience including grid maintenance and report creation required.
• Power BI experience required.
• Current/Active PMP certification required.
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• The Life Sciences Project Manager is accountable for Project Execution from contract signature through project closure.
• Manage multiple projects, oversee project scope and technical feasibility.
• Collect and distribute project data including customer satisfaction, risks, revenue forecasts.
• Develop project plans, assemble schedules, and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
• Coordinate on-site meetings and manage project risks.
• Engage with sales and marketing to support sustainable product placement.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
