Requirements:

• Minimum BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of business analytics, decision support, or financial modeling experience.
• Experience with statistical or data basing techniques and interpreting contractual agreements/proposal language.
• Power BI and Salesforce.com experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with minimal guidance.
• Process oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide business decision support through market and sales analytics in support of overall pricing strategy.
• Build solutions to combine multiple sources of data accurately to enhance sales and market intelligence.
• Gather reporting requirements and build capabilities, performing data validation and combining complex data sets.
• Manage, customize, and develop dashboards, reports, forms, and models using technologies like Power BI and Excel.
• Lead financial proposal modeling, support RFP activities, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Provide monthly reporting and track sales performance and sales funnel management.
• Collaborate with Contract Compliance team to monitor and improve contract compliance.
• Assist with maintaining contracting and pricing integrity with the CCO organization.
