Requirements:

• Comfortable working with teams having strong decision-making autonomy.
• Adept at managing relationships while staying updated on technical trends.
• Ideally a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer before management.
• Experience with JavaScript/NodeJS, Golang, Kubernetes, React or Vue, SQL Databases.
• Solid understanding of modern web app development, API design, system architecture, Git, Linux, DevOps, Observability, and Monitoring.
• Experience in API integration with systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, Marketo, Billing & Credit Card processing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Have regular 1:1s with your team members to ensure motivation and engagement.
• Coach and mentor engineers and peers.
• Provide continuous feedback to engineers for high standards.
• Contribute to design documents, product DNAs, and delivery plans.
• Work with Product Management and User Experience for feature readiness.
• Advise on scope reduction and task planning for features.
• Coordinate with User Experience team for feature support.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leaders on product strategy.
• Assist People Ops in attracting and hiring talent.
• Act as project manager to keep the roadmap defined and updated.
