Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Information Security.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with the Cybersecurity market (technologies, processes, governance, IT management, Information Security, and Risk Management).
• Proficient in monitoring tools, network security, and vulnerability risk assessment.
• Knowledge of SOC and SIEM.
• Understanding of Cloud services, solutions, and architecture.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Great if you have familiarity with network protection architectures (Firewall, CDNs, IPS, IDS, Traffic Monitor), with experience in these architectures.
• Experience with Cloud Security and Information Security tools such as CSPM, CWPP, security scoring, GRC, and vulnerability scanning.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, LGPD, CIS, and NIST standards.
• Strong understanding of best practices in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

Responsibilities:

• Connect with key customers and their partners to establish regular communication.
• Create and deliver technical presentations.
• Collect and validate requirements related to Information Security, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage incidents, and oversee support for key customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate the success of customers and their partners in utilizing Tenchi products and services.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers and their partners, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Engage with internal teams, primarily in the Product and Engineering departments.
• Study and gain a deep understanding of Cloud Security and Tenchi's solutions to enhance security risk management for customers and their partners.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all of Tenchi's interactions with customers and partners.
