Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional work experience within a SaaS environment focusing on product design and/or user interface design in web and mobile.
• BA/BS degree in Design is highly preferred.
• Experience in designing iOS and Android app experiences and knowledge of design patterns.
• Strong command of visual design and information architecture.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design thinking across platforms.
• Ability to communicate design concepts at various levels of resolution.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in using modern design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities:

• Craft experiences across multiple platforms, including web, iOS, and Android.
• Develop high-fidelity mock-ups and document them thoroughly for engineers.
• Raise the bar for product quality by promoting user-centered approaches.
• Empathize with customers and use research to inform design solutions.
• Communicate design solutions to stakeholders and be open to feedback.
• Collaborate with various teams to solve complex design problems.
