Requirements:

• 7+ years leading GTM Systems teams and managing complex technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of people management experience including goal setting and performance evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• B2B SaaS experience in managing GTM systems.
• Expertise in software project management in GTM technology.
• Understanding of Salesforce and related CRM applications, including custom integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with application vendors and subject matter experts.
• Strong passion for technology to maximize business productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales, marketing, customer success, and customer support systems support rapid growth and serve as the source of truth for GTM reporting.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of GTM systems focusing on scalable integration and workflows.
• Oversee maintenance, integrations, and governance of Salesforce and other internal applications.
• Collaborate with revenue operations and functional leaders to establish GTM application roadmaps.
• Manage team operating cadence including project meetings and practices.
• Develop GTM data strategy for consistency and accuracy of core datasets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic team member.
• Partner with Enablement team for user training.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors for best practices and user adoption.
• Stay updated on technology trends to identify opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation through new software.
• Develop and maintain clear policies and procedures.
• Act as Project Manager or Solutions Architect when needed.
