Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of Consumer Duty and its practical application.
• Hands-on experience implementing and embedding Consumer Duty, including process improvements.
• Experience coordinating activity and driving consistency across teams.
• Ability to use data for effective monitoring and insights.
• Experience embedding conduct risk in daily operations.
• Experience organizing risk governance meetings and supporting documentation.
• Considerable risk and control experience within consumer financial products.
• Resilience to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Self-starter able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business in developing and enhancing controls that protect customers and business needs.
• Use data to showcase delivery of good customer outcomes.
• Develop briefings for Executive and Board level review, including Consumer Duty reports.
• Lead regulatory responses and briefings.
• Ensure first line incorporates Consumer Duty requirements in products.
• Innovate governance and risk management processes.
• Embed regulatory, conduct, and operational risk practices.
• Foster collaborative relationships across the three lines of defence.
• Ensure governance-related requirements are met.
• Coordinate conduct risk governance and oversight meetings.
• Manage regulatory and audit deadlines and submissions.
