Requirements:
  • Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor.
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.
  • Experience with youth and young adults.
  • Leadership experience in a clinical setting such as inpatient, outpatient, IOP, or PHP.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication software, including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox, in addition to EMR and survey software.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Clinical Director to develop and implement an engaging clinical schedule, including curriculum development.
  • Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices.
  • Crisis management throughout all intensive outpatient program delivery and on-call responsibilities.
  • Maintain a caseload and facilitate at least weekly group therapy for a minimum of 15 hours.
  • Integrate various treatment modalities into the approach.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, and agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and perform ongoing quality assurance.
  • Monitor treatment documentation to meet professional standards.
  • Provide clinical supervision per regulatory requirements.
