Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• At least 2 years in US-based commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Verify tenant balances and post monthly charges in Yardi Voyager.
• Generate and distribute tenant billing statements accurately and timely.
• Process and record tenant payments via various methods.
• Conduct account reconciliations and promptly address discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Collaborate with property management to resolve escalated delinquencies.
• Generate reports and provide insights on outstanding balances.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenant billing inquiries and support.
