Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience in a financial/business analysis role.
  • Familiarity with compensation plan management.
  • Experience with Excel and an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool; Salesforce, SQL, Looker, and Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Superior analytical, problem-structuring, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
Responsibilities:
  • The compensation team is responsible for the stewardship of all variable compensation plans across the organization.
  • This includes the development and modeling of new plans, creating commission reports, documenting plans, and analyzing their efficacy.
  • Partner with leadership across business units to provide data-driven insights regarding sales commissions.
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders to optimize performance and commission analytics.
  • Maintain compliance with Internal Audit and establish ongoing monitoring for strategic execution.
