• Source, manage, and coordinate VAs for tasks like thumbnail design, video editing, and content research.
• Act as main contact for VAs, providing clear task instructions and guidelines.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Oversee content revisions and updates, addressing client needs promptly.
