Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial.
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training and attend additional training sessions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming patient calls with empathy, adhering to established protocols.
• Access multiple technology applications for documentation during calls.
• Complete additional charting and shift prep as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain CEUs as designated by states.
• Work during assigned shifts including weekends and holidays.
