Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
• Candidates must remain in good standing with their home state license.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred.
• Must be comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being a bonus.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer.
• Ability to complete three weeks of remote paid training and work required weekend shifts.
• Must be capable of multitasking and handling stress in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide after-hours triage nursing support for hospice and home health patients.
• Effectively manage and document multiple calls during shifts, adhering to client-customized protocols.
• Communicate empathetically and professionally with patients and families while ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
• Handle a minimum of 5 calls per hour on weekdays and up to 8 calls per hour on weekends.
• Complete necessary charting and documentation before finalizing shifts, ensuring compliance with patient privacy regulations.
