Requirements:

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Operations Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong understanding of automated monitoring and alerting tools like Nagios, Sensu, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker or similar technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to develop and maintain high-quality code while adhering to coding standards.
• Design and implement automated monitoring and alerting tools to detect issues.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks like data backups and system updates.
• Work with infrastructure teams for seamless application deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvements to production processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
