Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within the chemical industry.
• Proven experience in Silane product sales is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of silane chemistry and applications across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in German and English is required for seamless client interaction.
• A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field is ideal.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a detailed sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share across Germany.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects within key sectors that utilize silane products, such as automotive, electronics, construction, and specialty chemicals.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing bespoke solutions.
• Collaborate closely with teams in product development, technical support, and marketing to align on offerings that meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to spot new trends and growth opportunities within the silane industry.
