Requirements:

• C1 English level with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience as an outbound sales representative or similar role.
• Prior experience in recruitment, headhunting, or a similar RPO company.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other networking tools for client prospecting.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients using various sources and networking platforms.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to exceed sales targets.
• Manage client relationships throughout the job order process.
• Organize client engagement activities.
• Develop customized sales strategies and negotiate deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Partner with recruiting teams to identify candidates for placements.
