Requirements:

• 8-12 months of experience as a successful SDR in an outbound capacity, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Outbound calling experience specifically in the DACH market.
• Native/C2 level proficiency in German and fluent in English.
• Strong sales instincts and motivation to learn and grow.
• Proactive and able to take initiative outside of assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and resourcefulness.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads for Sales Executives.
• Act as the first line of communication with potential prospects.
• Advocate for Conga while educating prospects on the value it brings.
