Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the sales pipeline by updating client interactions and tracking leads in the CRM.
• Review sales call recordings to identify key action items and ensure follow-up on client engagements.
• Engage regularly with leads and send reminders to the sales team for timely follow-ups.
• Create and optimize cold email campaigns to generate new leads and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Act as a personal assistant to the sales lead, managing reminders and scheduling follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records from calls, emails, and interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach efforts and adjust strategies based on performance.
