Requirements:
  • Proficient in English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and/or Building Automation Contractor experience in the role of control engineer building control applications specific to projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a field controls technician, preferably with a VRF manufacturer.
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Personal computer proficiency.
  • Tridium (TCP) Niagara Advanced Certification.
  • Moderate travel within the continental USA is required.
  • All prospective employees must pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Manage LG’s Scope of Work for each ‘fee-based control’ project in accordance with the mutually agreed upon schedule.
  • Establish productive, trusted and professional relationships with LG’s Channel Partners, Control Solution Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop complete ‘end-to-end’ packaged control solutions including drawings, wiring diagrams, bill of materials, control specifications, graphics, custom programming.
  • Build and maintain a library of MultiSITE control applications that can easily be searched and accessed from the cloud.
  • Implement strategic control initiatives to achieve quarterly and annual KPI’s.
