Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in ad operations or technical support within the digital advertising ecosystem, preferably in a programmatic environment.
• Hands-on experience with ad servers and troubleshooting VAST, SCTE-35, and RTB protocols.
• Familiarity with SSP and DSP platforms and their technical workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to perform SQL queries or basic scripting for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 technical issues related to ad delivery, ad performance, and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams daily to drive technical issue resolution.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with external partners.
• Provide hands-on support in configuring and troubleshooting ad servers.
• Maintain the integration of supply and demand connections and optimize ad delivery performance.
• Manage the Zendesk process for resolving support tickets efficiently.
• Develop and document best practices and troubleshooting procedures.
