Requirements:

• At least 5 years of directly applicable experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced start-up or large organization.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively cross-functionally.
• Resourceful, curious, and adaptable learner.
• Excellent judgment and superior emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record working with and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience planning and administering People Team Programs.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Business, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of Extend's internal communication strategies.
• Create and manage content for internal channels to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support day-to-day People functions such as onboarding and performance management.
• Serve as a liaison for managers during recruitment efforts.
• Provide guidance on performance management and talent development.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to People Team processes.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to enhance workplace relationships.
• Maintain People records and compliance documentation.
• Oversee learning and development programming.
