Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end people operations processes across the entire employee lifecycle for employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation.
  • Draft, amend, and issue compliant employment and commercial contracts.
  • Work with the Payroll and Benefits Team for registration in payroll and benefits.
  • Facilitate offboarding procedures and conduct exit interviews.
  • Manage projects across employment law and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain internal HR systems for accuracy.
  • Develop legal and compliance aspects, including data protection and policy drafting.
  • Handle client queries and involve relevant teams.
  • Simplify and automate operational processes with the Product Team.
