Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance management, strategic partnership development, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance landscape, including payer dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with insurance providers.
• Experience in payer contract negotiations and management with major networks.
• Knowledge in interpreting CMS EDI standards.
• Experience working with Mental Healthcare carveout programs.
• Experience with Health Insurance Technology and vendors.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills for market trends and performance metrics.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance providers.
• Lead negotiations with insurance providers for partnership agreements.
• Develop initiatives to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives.
• Track and evaluate partnership performance against KPIs.
• Work with finance teams to optimize insurance reimbursement processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory changes and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship in cross-functional projects.
