Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3 or more years of professional experience in the VA or other federal agencies capture management.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in information technology and Federal Government contracting.
• Demonstrated full-lifecycle capture management expertise.
• Strong networking skills to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
• Understanding of the Federal Acquisition process and small business contracting.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Pursue new business development opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with new agencies and/or existing VA customers.
• Research client requirements for the capture process.
• Propose tailored solutions to client needs and oversee proposal content.
• Engage with the VA vendor and other marketplaces for teaming opportunities.
• Support overall strategic planning and collaborate with corporate staff.
• Discern opportunities with high win probability in the competitive landscape.
• Articulate the value proposition of VetsEZ's services to clients.
