Requirements:

• Passion, curiosity, and focused interest in software testing.
• At least 2 years of hands-on software testing experience, including web, mobile, and OTT media testing.
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures.
• Comprehension of test automation principles alongside manual testing.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and task delegation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in changing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of a Test Run by following established recommended practices.
• Review client test requests, align strategy with Testing Manager, and manage Test Run setups.
• Create test cases based on given testing strategy.
• Lead and coordinate Test Runs from start to finish.
• Conduct ongoing issue reviews and initiate follow-up actions.
• Monitor Testers, provide constructive feedback, and involve new testers when needed.
• Escalate run-related matters to Testing Manager.
• Ensure client satisfaction by working closely with Testing Managers and Engagement Managers.
