Requirements:

BS or MS in Computer Science or related quantitative field (e.g. Math, Physics, Economics).
2+ years experience with programming languages (e.g. IF statements, arithmetic functions, for loops).
2+ years experience with front-end languages (HTML/CSS/template languages).
2+ years experience with software configurations (e.g. display conditions, forms, workflows).
Ability to analyze energy data and draw/present conclusions.

Responsibilities:

Implement business process logic into SaaS platforms by designing, configuring, and maintaining software workflows, automated emails, documents, formulas, functions, forms, and other elements based on industry regulations.
Provide technical solutions for Demand Side Management and clean energy technologies for utilities.
Ensure excellent user experience for various user groups interfacing with the systems.
Support and resolve bugs, feature requests, and program updates in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical understanding.
Develop hands-on knowledge of Resource Innovations SaaS platforms.
Produce gap analyses, testing analyses, product-use analyses, and use-case reports.
Establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and partners.
