• Proven and successful experience in Partner and/or Channel Management within the Conversational AI or Contact Center (CCaaS) space.
• Experience managing partners and scaling go-to-market initiatives.
• Understanding of various sales strategies including sell-with, sell-through, and sell-to.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive approach and strategic mindset with a focus on results.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure they effectively promote and deliver Cognigy’s solutions.
• Drive partner enablement in collaboration with the Cognigy Global GTM Enablement and sales teams.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop partner-specific marketing campaigns and events aimed at lead generation.
