Requirements:

• 3 years minimum of sales experience required.
• 3 years of mortgage experience, either non-QM or QM.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt in a growing organization.
• Experience formulating and presenting customer solutions.
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
• Spanish speaker is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Main advisor and point of contact for strategic borrowers throughout the entire origination process.
• Partner with New Business team to help close new deals and originate significant loan volume.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting borrower relationships.
• Qualify borrowers and ensure a strong fit with Kiavi's loan products.
• Set clear expectations around policies and processes.
• Maintain and grow wallet share on strategic accounts.
• Onboard new Bridge Pro and Custom Tier 1 Customers.
