Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • APICS or ISM certification desired but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Procurement or Sourcing experience.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in data software like Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI.

  • Ensure purchase orders are created and entered accurately and timely.
  • Serve as the liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain supplier data and accurate ERP transactions.
  • Identify risks and collaborate with leadership on strategies.
  • Generate and monitor supplier performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments on material requirements planning.
  • Evaluate procurement KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate procurement tools for workflow enhancement.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from leadership.
