Responsibilities:

• Maintain a sharp and proactive approach to continuously monitor dashboards and alert systems.
• Proactively identify and escalate incidents by raising Jira tickets and categorizing issues.
• Use strong debugging skills to diagnose and resolve high-priority issues swiftly.
• Record and document incidents, resolutions, and relevant processes.
• Work closely with internal teams, communicating clearly on incident details.
