Accounting Analyst (with US-Based Company Experience)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping-related platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank deposits, and payroll processing.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
• Reconcile bank statements, verify invoices, and maintain a clean general ledger.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives.
• Prepare regular financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Maintain a well-organized bookkeeping system.
• Assist with tax preparation or ensure compliance with regulations.
