Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role, with bilingual experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Maximize customer retention rates by using effective sales techniques over the phone, video, and email in both English and Spanish.
  • Oversee the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded.
  • Evaluate license usage and complete true-up requirements for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Understand and align with customers' business needs to generate accurate renewal quotes in both languages.
  • Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
  • Ensure renewals are completed on time to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies.
  • Liaise with customers in both languages to ensure accurate completion of POs and order forms.
