Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in HR, preferably within technology companies.
• Experience in building People strategy and programs.
• A track record of results in a highly matrixed and global organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, principles, and procedures.
• Advanced interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify needs, develop solutions, and execute programs for the business unit workforce that drive engagement, culture transformation, retention, diversity, and inclusion.
• Contribute to business strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities.
• Promote and oversee key processes in performance management, talent development, total rewards, and talent acquisition.
• Provide consultation, guidance, metrics, and support to leaders to increase organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the People Leadership Team and COE teams to deploy solutions.
