Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales representative with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in the BPO industry, Accounting & Finance, Customer Service, or IT is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with remote teams and coordinating cross-border sales activities is a plus.
• Competence in administrative tasks like drafting proposals and making presentations.
• Demonstrated work dedication and strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of the US market and BPO industry trends is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop prospects through referral network nurturing, expos, conferences, and partner channel development.
• Engage in deeper conversations with prospects to overcome objections and set appointments.
• Prepare presentations for RFPs and conduct technical discussions with potential clients.
• Present, promote, and sell BPO services using solid arguments.
