Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development tools.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Knowledge of U.S. markets, market structure, and clearing.
• Knowledge of international markets is a plus.
• Desire to learn new things and be flexible in a quickly changing environment.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex operational setting.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements to enhance customer experience.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on business and customer impact.
• Analyze market trends and define the competitive landscape to inform product development.
• Drive innovative solutions to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams including Tech and Member Experience.
• Conduct regular product reviews and make recommendations for improvements.
