• Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools.
• Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, weight loss clinics).
• Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field.
• System Requirements: At least 15mbps for main internet, 10mbps for backup, i5 processor with 8 GB RAM, i3 processor for backup, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office, smartphone.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers.
• Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
• Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings.
• Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
• Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
• Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients.
