- Minimum 10 years of first line sales management experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises.
- Experience in B2B Enterprise Cyber Security/SaaS and scaling selling data security.
- Excellent business strategy instincts and ability to perform in a challenging environment.
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with high integrity and desire to be part of a rapidly expanding technology company.
- Outstanding sales and leadership skills with a strong track record of recruiting and developing high-performing sales organizations.

- Proven track record of closing six and seven figure software deals.

- Lead, inspire, and drive a team of 5-10 senior enterprise direct sales executives to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Set strategic direction for the team, including setting quotas, account coverage, and sales forecasting.
- Proactively build regional sales projects including system reinforcement in Salesforce, lead generation, and new tools implementation.
- Manage forecasting and performance reporting to Area Vice President.
- Conduct weekly sales team reporting on meetings and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with management for predictable achievement of sales metrics.
