Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of first line sales management experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises.
  • B2B Enterprise Cyber Security / SaaS scaling experience selling data security.
  • Excellent business strategy instincts; able to perform in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with high integrity, wanting to be part of a rapidly expanding tech company.
  • Outstanding sales and leadership skills.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining a high performing enterprise sales organization.
  • Success in agile, high-growth start-up environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and drive a team of 5-10 senior enterprise direct sales executives to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Set strategic direction for the team, including quotas, account coverage, and sales forecasting.
  • Build regional sales projects, systems, and processes in Salesforce.
  • Forecast and manage team performance to Area Vice President.
  • Conduct weekly reporting with the sales team on meetings and revenue performance.
  • Partner with management for predictable achievement of sales metrics.
